Start a new hydration day with a choice

Hydrate Lab starts a new hydration day using local phone time. On the first visit without a bottle selected, the app opens a required bottle choice. You can browse Sport Bottle 01, Sport Bottle 02, Minimal Bottle, Spout Bottle, Tea Kettle, Sport Bottle 03, and Plastic Wine Jug.

After confirmation, the bottle stays locked for that day. The water level, goal progress, and visual object remain part of the same record instead of changing midway through logging.

What history keeps

Each history date retains its bottle choice alongside its hydration records and goal status. When you return to a day, you see more than a total—you see which silhouette accompanied that record.

How to choose quickly

• Browse the seven outlines once and choose the one you want to keep observing that day.
• When the list extends past four bottles, scroll inside the card area rather than treating the confirmation action as browsing.
• The bottle choice stays fixed, but cap, lighting, pose, and text logo are display controls that can still change.
