How to submit a request

  1. Open the Hydrate Lab Google Play app listing.
  2. Use the developer contact shown there and state “Delete Hydrate Lab account.”
  3. Share the minimum information needed to locate the account. Do not send full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive data.
  4. Wait for confirmation and processing; requests are handled within 30 days.

Current boundary: While the Production listing is not public, this site does not publish internal or alpha test routes. It does not provide a self-service deletion API or turn a generic form into an unconnected endpoint.

What is included?

The request covers the Hydrate Lab server account, login identity mapping, sessions, and membership snapshot. Google manages Google Play subscriptions and transaction records under its own policy; deleting the Hydrate Lab account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Local records and subscriptions are separate

You can clear local hydration records in app Settings. Signing out, clearing app data, or uninstalling does not automatically delete the server account and does not cancel a subscription. Manage a subscription separately in Google Play.

Retention boundary

Requests are processed within 30 days. Minimum transaction or audit records required by law may remain for the statutory period. See Privacy for the full scope.

If you only need help with a record or membership state, visit Support instead of describing a troubleshooting question as an account deletion request.
